Pre-licensing Steps

1. Welcome to the Safe Haven! Please fill out the link HERE

Once completed, you will receive a welcome email containing a registration link

Complete the registration link email to receive Study Material

2. Review licensing requirements by state: HERE

3. Schedule exam date through your resident State's Department of Insurance Proctoring Service

4. Inform ai@safehaven.agency of YOUR BOOKED exam date

5. Study for exam

6. Complete and score at least an 86% on your simulator exam before sitting for the main test.

7. Take and pass your exam!

8. Get fingerprints done

Google “Fingerprinting Services” or call & ask your state’s Department of Insurance

9. Submit exam receipt & fingerprints to the state: HERE

Call your resident State’s Department of Insurance if unclear

10. Get National Producer Number & State License PDF

Call your resident State’s Department of Insurance daily to check for any outstanding requirements

11. Send NPN & state license # to your manager

12. Start New Agent Contracting Checklist (ADD SAFE HAVEN’S)
